This is an nice tooth of the early Tyrannosaurid dinosaur
Timurlengia euotica from the Bissekty Formation of Uzbekistan. A
rare and unusual tooth from a more obscure location. It's Middle
Cretaceous (Upper Turonian Stage) in age or around 90 million
years old.
